For deployed U.S. troops
Request Cigars
If you are deployed in an active combat zone or hardship location, you may request a cigar care package. Verification through a valid .mil email is required.
Request form
Please complete all fields so we can verify and ship your care package.
Before you request: restricted ZIP codes
Tobacco products, including cigars, cannot be shipped to the following ZIP codes. This restriction has been placed by DOW and the State Dept. We are currently working hard to get these restrictions lifted; however, you can help us from your foxhole too. Please contact your state and local representatives as well as your chain of command to try and change this policy for your location. Ask them to support H.R. 6216, the “Support Our Troops Shipping Relief Act of 2025”.
If you ever received a package from us at these locations using a memo, we have been informed that the memo will no longer work. We will not send to CONUS locations as an alternative. If you are at one of these ZIP codes, please do not request a care package — we are not able to ship to you.
